So I’ve been practicing more and more each night on how to paint digitally. I don’t know why I didn’t start doing this a lot earlier on when I was studying graphic design but, maybe because it was daunting. I love AcidLullaby’s tutorials on her Deviant Art page. It’s definitely given me a lot more confidence learning about painting and actually taking the time to learn more in-depth concepts on how to draw people the way they’re suppose to look. I love sketching up anime-style based characters, but I also have an interest in making characters that look realistic. My painting practices are still mediocre due to lack of detail, but whatever — that’s why you practice. And maybe next time I’ll try in Corel Painter Essentials. Ha! I seriously should consider Corel Painter 11.

Those eyes are really good. I’d love to do digital art.
I assume you use a graphics tablet? Are those as hard as they look to figure out? lol.
