Plurk

I don’t know why I didn’t sign up to it in the first place, but I think it’s pretty cool in its own little way. In the beginning I thought Plurk would be a lot like Twitter, but some ways it’s not because in Twitter, you can update it whenever you feel like it; whereas [...]

Goodbye GeoCities

If you’re like me and so many others out there (if you’re born after 1990—then you’ve missed out on an era), the 1990s and the early days of social networking, web design, Wordpress (b2/cafelog back in the day), and the Internet remember GeoCities. The days where the young plastered code and looked up just about [...]

Pyramids Unearthed

I heard on the news this morning that there’s a colossal pyramid found in South America—Guatemala is the location, I think. Anyone catch the name of it? Another Redesign

So kmendaros.com gets another make-over.  I did like the theme I had up before, but there was definitely a lot of scrolling down to do. I like this one better because there’s definitely a lot more room like I’m used to and I can move out content that don’t belong here (but will be relocated). [...]

GA Photos Pennhurst State

OK, so to make up for the Poveglia Island special, Pennhurst State investigation photos have been released on the Ghost Adventures Travel Channel page. I’m not complaining, but I really wanted to see Poveglia; inside source tells me that the episode was “really, really good.” I’d have to see it, is what I was told. [...]

Destination Truth: Haunted Lost City

Last night on Destination Truth was pretty bizarre and funny. They definitely found something interesting evidence while they were in Peru. The video footage was way too close to tell what it was—but something definitely showed up in the frame. The EVP they caught where Josh had asked to make their presence known was really [...]
