If you’re a fan of Super Mario Galaxy (or just a Super Mario fan), well you’re in luck because Mario’s back in an all-new adventure! This time he’s accompanied by his dino-friend, Yoshi. Together, Mario and Yoshi set out on new planets, encounter enemies and come across new puzzles as you explore the galaxies.

I’m definitely excited to see Yoshi in this one because this only means that Mario will be able to explore in ways he wasn’t able to do in the first game. I liked being able to turn in to Bee Mario and Boo Mario—and I liked the ball-rolling challenges the most. I loved it whenever I’d mess it up because you have to be creative enough to maneuver him in and out of certain areas while trying to keep balanced and not lose your cool at the same time. However, I did hate the sting ray races; I’d always fall off the course if I made the turns too fast while trying to beat the target time. Super Mario Galaxy 2 is available in-stores May 23rd.
