About

Hello! I’m Kressa. While I consider myself tech-savvy in and around the Web, I have learned many things over the years. It’s been great having been online since the popularity personal blogs, fan sites, and other miscellaneous sites you find around the web. The only reason I got into this web thing was because of a little project we did for a class—make a web site presentation (and being nudged by friends). Ever since then, I’ve found myself using Social Networking and my own blog more and more each day.

  • Asianave.com (back then it was asianavenue.com): This is where it all started and my crash course into basic HTML. Remember the use of scrolling marquees, blinkies, and horrendous amount of color, and that infamous colored scrollbar if you used IE? Yeah, I did all of those things. The name of the site seemed a bit racial, but you found all sorts of people on there too and not just Asians. Hmm.
  • Geocities.com (*tokidoki143): While the free provider moved on back in 2009, it was the place to be. I used the service as a place to launch myself before being sub-hosted on Perfect-Moment.net. It’s also the place where I started to get a little more technical and really pushing my boundaries with making web layouts.
